Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals that meet our cafe’s standards while ensuring a positive experience for our guests and staff members.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure that all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Assist in the planning and execution of meal preparation, including portion control and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
