Pomme is a contemporary bakery dedicated to crafting breads, pastries, cakes, sandwiches and much more, from well-sourced ingredients and flour milled from sustainably grown grains. We don’t cut corners, preferring a slow fermentation to allow our dough plenty of time to develop complex flavours. We create all our own unique recipes from scratch and bake fresh daily.
